The Leftovers
“Working with a stellar and sincere cast, theyʼve found a beautiful metaphor for the start of healing...
itʼs quite wonderful.”
Exeunt Magazine
In a community recording studio, Jodie’s grieving friends are making a big song and dance about her death. They form a makeshift band to celebrate her life in musical form, but can’t agree on what kind of tribute Jodie would have wanted... or even who she really was. They dive into her surviving collection of diary entries, poems and secrets to make some sense of things, and to have some fun amongst the darkness of loss.
The show became the first new musical commissioned by Curve for their studio space, and a highly-acclaimed UK tour followed in May 2018 directed by Adam Lenson.
Mrs Green
“A reminder that life is a bull to be
grabbed by the horns”
Metro ★★★★★
Our highly acclaimed debut show Mrs Green: The Musical mixed council estate marijuana- growing with soul, Motown and drag, and has enjoyed sell-out runs at Edinburgh Fringe, Nottingham Playhouse and Leicester Curve as well as 5* reviews from Metro, EdFringe Review, and ScotsGay.
The contemporary style of musical theatre and real themes of community, ageing and society’s attitude to drugs won over audiences across the country, and the loveable character of Mrs Green continues to reach new audiences with musical bingo nights, date nights and festival gigs
